The Sunfury Battalion operates as an elite and highly disciplined military special forces unit, with Ranger-General Aeythyr (GM) as chief military commander and Grand Magistrix Lunette (co-GM) as high priestess, liaison to the Noble Houses, and Protector of the Order of the Sunfury.

There are 3 divisions: Suncasters, Sun Knights, Dawnstriders. Each division has a commander rank, and rank levels are based on actual Blood Elf lore and military structure.
